In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by E-mail.
If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice
by phone or e-mail and be given the choice to remain on backorder,
substitute to another item, or cancel your order.

All returns must receive a return authorization number within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Returns incur a 20% restock fee. Wheelz N Grillez reserves the right to expressly disclaim all warranties, either express or implied, including any warranty of merchantibility or fitness for a particular purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume any liability in connection with the sale of said products.

All products are thoroughly inspected before shipping. Shipping will be either through FEDEX, UPS, DHL, California Overnight, or US Postal, dependent upon origin and destination of shipment. All products are insured with the shipper for the retail value. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to initiate claims for damaged merchandise with the shipper. Wheelz N Grillez will assist the customer with contact information and filing claims for damages incurred through shipping. If your product has been damaged in shipment, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We'll then contact you via email or phone with further instructions on filing your claim.

Tires may be substituted with comparable brand names in instances where the requested size is not available for the requested brand name.

We will gladly replace any products, which clearly does not match up with customer's vehicle because of application discrepancy.

Refunds will be given if there is no application available for said vehicle. Wheelz N Grillez will assume responsibility for return shipping only in instances where a mistake was clearly made by us. Wheelz N Grillez will "not" assume return shipping cost for replacing defective items where the defect is not clearly apparent and would not be noticed during our pre-shipping inspection process, I.E., electrical defects, leaking tail lights, internal damages, inproper vehicle fitment, to include but not limited to all drop-shipments from the manufacturer's warehouse.

**Important Note: The customer is solely responsible for inspecting all truck freight items to include but not limited to body kits, hoods, wheels, ground effects, and all other items shipped by truck. If damage is apparent, do not accept shipment. Inform the driver that the shipment is damaged and notify us immediately. Upon acceptance of truck freight merchandise, customer becomes liable for return shipment of any damaged or malfunctioning merchandise.

Wheelz N Grillez will ship replacement items to the customer freight paid. There is 20% restocking fee on returns where the customer has changed their mind and the return is not connected with any defect or mistake made by Wheelz N Grillez. No returns on special orders. You must receive authorization before returning any merchandise.

With any cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. A 10% cancellation fee will apply with all cancellations.
